Road Race!
August 15, 2010
CIGNA Falmouth Road Race for the
Cape Cod Center for Women

We are looking for runners and runner sponsors to
raise money for our shelter. You could receive an
official entry form to run in the 38th CIGNA Falmouth
Road Race on Sunday August 15, 2010.

Your commitment will be to raise a minimum of
$750.00 to receive an official entry form.
CCCW will pay your entry fee. You can create a
personal page to email your friends and relatives from firstgiving.com, your contacts will be able to
make a payment online.
Check out the link on our home page to see how some of our runners are doing. If you prefer you can also collect donations directly from your sponsors and mail them to us.

5th OFFICIAL OLD SILVER BEACH
“RUN AND DUNK”
January 1, 2011 Old Silver Beach, North Falmouth, MA
Run: 3 or 5 miles** at 12 Noonish*** Swim: 1 pm

This is a purely fun run.
No prizes (except that exhilarating frozen feeling)
** Not everyone runs 5 miles; a 3 mile loop is available.
Not everyone dunks, either (fools)**
***Instead of all starting together, we try to
time it so that all finish and dunk together.***
